Andrea Forni

Andrea was born and raised in Vanzaghello, a small town on the outskirts of Milan. After completing his scientific studies, he decided to pursue a degree in economics at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where he discovered a strong passion for marketing. Fascinated by the luxury market, he chose to focus on the fashion and real estate sectors, which he explored in depth in both his bachelor’s and master’s theses.

During the writing of his master's thesis, he connected with Engel & Völkers Milan, where he began an internship in the Marketing team. Over the following years, thanks to his determination and proactive attitude, Andrea grew professionally and now holds the position of Marketing Specialist.

Within the company, he is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen the brand’s positioning in the Milan market, managing relationships with institutional clients and partners, and organizing high-profile events to generate new leads and foster long-term client relationships. He coordinates cross-functional projects, negotiates strategic partnerships, and supports the New Development division with technical and financial analysis, market research, and the preparation of commercial reports.

Andrea works closely with the Marketing Manager and the digital communications team to deliver innovative campaigns and manage both internal and external communications, addressing institutional and private clients alike.

Friendly, collaborative, and always approachable, Andrea enjoys being around people, listening to others, and forming new and meaningful connections. His curiosity drives him to explore new experiences, both professionally and personally. A travel enthusiast—thanks to the influence of his parents—he loves planning adventures around the world with his closest friends. In his free time, he enjoys sports, films, and TV series.
