The Advisor Trainer leads and coordinates the onboarding process for new Advisors, accelerating their integration, productivity and commercial success. The role plans and delivers both individual and group training sessions, supports the development of business plans and monitors participants’ performance during their first months, in close coordination with the Area Managers.

The Advisor Trainer collaborates with the Board to foster the development of new advisors’ potential, continuously enhancing training programs, introducing new projects and business processes and ensuring alignment with and effectiveness of company standards.
