The Area Manager leads and coordinates the advisors within their assigned territory, ensuring team success, achievement of set targets and the development of commercial opportunities. The Area Manager ensures the accuracy and completeness of all documentation required for the execution of real estate transactions.

The role participates in the selection of new consultants and liaises with the Marketing Team to assess strategic synergies within the territory. By analyzing data, performance metrics and best practices, the Area Manager fosters the team’s commercial growth and promotes a motivating, results-oriented work environment.
