Caterina Gemelli

Born and raised by the sea in Reggio Calabria, she arrives in Milan as a student at the Università Cattolica in Foreign Languages and Literature. Even before completing her studies, she gains her first work experiences in the high fashion world, where she remains for several years after graduation and develops a particular inclination towards everything related to luxury. After marrying an architect, she discovers a passion for the luxury real estate sector and decides to dedicate herself exclusively to it, first obtaining her real estate broker license and then working for about 20 years as an independent agent, with a focus on the relocation sector, allowing her to continue using foreign languages. The pandemic and lockdowns lead her to seek a career change by broadening her horizons, and thus, in the fall of 2021, she joins the Engel & Völkers family in the Milan Solari Team.

Caterina loves reading and traveling, going to the cinema, and always trying new culinary experiences. She has a strong interest in psychology, studies it for passion, and enjoys applying it in interpersonal relationships. In her free time, she prioritizes her teenage children, having two sons aged 18 and 20, but she also cherishes cultivating her interests, preferably in the company of her friends.
