The Sales Admin Assistant supports the Area Manager and the Advisors Team in managing operational and administrative activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation related to real estate transactions. The role coordinates every stage of the property portfolio lifecycle, from document management and go-live on property portals to visibility reporting.
The Sales Admin Assistant also supports advisors in understanding and applying company processes, assists in the management of inbound contacts and collaborates with the Marketing Team on internal organizational processes, ensuring efficiency and full compliance with procedures within the Market Center.
