My work at Engel & Völkers Sicilia Commercial focuses on commercial real estate transactions across the hospitality, retail, shopping centre, office, logistics and mixed-use sectors, as well as marinas, ports and development projects.

I support property owners, investors, developers, tenants and operators in enhancing and marketing real estate assets, overseeing every stage of the sales and leasing process—from the preliminary asset analysis and definition of the commercial strategy through to negotiations with counterparties.

As a Senior Real Estate Consultant, I coordinate strategic advisory activities for mixed-use development transactions and complex real estate projects, adopting an integrated approach to their various functional components, including hospitality, residential, retail, office, services, shopping centres, tourist ports and marinas.
