I am an advisor, consultant and broker at Engel & Völkers Sicilia Commercial, focused on commercial real estate transactions across hospitality, retail, shopping centers, office, logistics, mixed-use, marinas, yachting ports and development projects.

Within my brokerage activity, I support owners, investors, developers, tenants and operators in enhancing and marketing real estate assets, managing the various phases of the sales and leasing process—from the preliminary asset analysis and definition of the commercial strategy through to negotiation with counterparties.

As Head of Strategic Advisory, I coordinate strategic consulting on mixed-use development transactions and complex real estate projects, with an integrated approach to the different functional components, including hospitality, residential, retail, office, services, shopping centers, yachting ports and marinas.

My approach is grounded in an integrated view of the real estate market, the ability to identify the economic and functional potential of assets, and a structured management of negotiation processes, with the aim of supporting clients and counterparties in building robust, sustainable transactions focused on value creation.
