My professional journey in Human Resources has developed through experiences gained in international environments, allowing me to build a broad and cross-functional vision of people management and organizational development.

In 2019, I entered the real estate sector through Engel & Völkers, where I found a dynamic and constantly evolving environment strongly focused on relationships, growth, and the enhancement of human capital.

Today, I serve as HR Manager, supporting the Management Team in defining strategies, processes, and initiatives dedicated to people development and company growth. Over the years, I have gained experience across different HR areas, including recruiting and talent acquisition, employer branding, training and development, and personnel management.

I strongly believe that the true value of a company lies in its people. For this reason, my goal is to contribute to creating a work environment where everyone can express their potential, grow professionally, and feel part of a shared vision and purpose.
