Fabrizio Masetti

The Sales Director is responsible for the leadership, development and performance of the assigned Market Center, guiding Area Managers and coordinating the activities of the entire network of advisors across the territory. As a member of the Italy Leadership Team, the Sales Director works in close collaboration with the CEO Italy and central functions to ensure strategic alignment, organizational efficiency and full integration with brand guidelines.

Through KPI analysis and market performance monitoring, the Sales Director defines commercial strategies, targets and structured growth plans, contributing to budget planning and the development of new business opportunities and partnerships. At the same time, the role fosters a positive, results-driven work environment focused on people development and talent enhancement.
