As part of the Leadership Team Italy, they work in close collaboration with the CEO Italy and central departments, contributing to strategic alignment, organizational efficiency, and the integration of corporate strategies with brand guidelines.

Through KPI analysis and market dynamics, they define commercial strategies, objectives, and structured growth plans, contributing to budget planning, performance improvement, and the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.
