Bergamo welcomed me like a son, and it was here that I built my entrepreneurial path, ranging in different sectors without ever forgetting my great passion: real estate.

Today I am in charge of administering the companies of the family group, but what excites me most is human resource management. Building and organizing work teams makes me happy, as does achieving ambitious goals and, each time, raising the bar to surpass it.

Ten years ago, together with my family, we brought the world's most prestigious brand in real estate, Engel & Völkers, to Bergamo. Over time, we have changed the way real estate brokerage is done in the city, and the results speak for themselves. Expertise, exclusivity and passion are the values that have guided us to once unthinkable goals.

I firmly believe that making yourself available to others-clients, associates, friends or just acquaintances-is the secret to making a difference. Understanding each person's needs and dreams and helping them realize them is unparalleled satisfaction.

This philosophy has driven me to get involved in social work as well, because others are us. And if we are not willing to put ourselves at the service of others, then what good are we?
