Gaia Pileri

Gaia leads and develops local marketing initiatives to strengthen visibility, consistency, and positioning within the Engel & Völkers brand.

Born and raised in Sardinia, she developed a strong connection with the territory from an early age. This bond has naturally shaped both her personal and professional path.

After completing her studies in Marketing and Communication at the IULM University in Milan, she began her career in the communications industry as a Project Manager. She later specialized in high-end hospitality marketing, building solid expertise in digital strategy and brand communication.

At Engel & Völkers Costa Smeralda, Gaia serves as Marketing Director, overseeing the development of local marketing initiatives. In this role, she interprets the brand through a contemporary lens, adapting its identity to the territory's specific character and its international clientele.

Her approach combines strategic vision with a strong command of both digital and traditional marketing tools to create communication that is clear, distinctive, and consistent with the brand’s positioning. Through her work, marketing continues to evolve in a more structured, refined direction, aligned with the destination's prestige.

Driven and ambitious, Gaia approaches each project with energy, organization, and careful attention to detail, qualities that define her precision and reliability.

Outside of work, she enjoys movement, travel, and time in nature — experiences that nurture her dynamic, open perspective.
