Gianluca Sinisi

My journey in Real Estate began with a degree in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, an experience that taught me to approach every project with strategic vision, method, and attention to detail. From the very beginning, I have seen the real estate sector not simply as a market, but as an ever-evolving environment where expertise, relationships, and the ability to interpret change truly make the difference.

Over the years, I have built my experience in the fields of consultancy and investments, working alongside investors and companies on complex transactions while developing an in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market. This journey has allowed me to establish strong relationships at both a national and international level, founded on trust, credibility, and a long-term vision.

Today, as License Partner of Engel & Völkers Commercial Milan Lombardy, I pursue a vision of Real Estate built on shared growth, strong relationships, and the value of people. Leading a continuously evolving team is one of the aspects of my work that I find most inspiring: I strongly believe in the sharing of expertise and in the strength of a common vision capable of turning ideas into tangible results.
