My journey in the real estate sector began in 2007 in Bergamo, an experience that allowed me to develop strong commercial and organizational skills from the very beginning. Over the years, I have built my professional growth through experiences in real estate brokerage, commercial management, and team development, gaining a broad and practical understanding of the market and its evolution.

I joined Engel & Völkers in 2013 during the opening of the Residential office in Bergamo, where I served as Office Manager, contributing to the operational and organizational development of the local business. I later expanded my experience in business development and commercial network management, working in dynamic and results-oriented environments.

Today, I serve as Head of Office Services at Engel & Völkers Commercial Milano Lombardia, with the goal of developing the Office sector in the city of Milan and contributing to the growth of both the team and the business. I strongly believe in the value of people, the sharing of expertise, and the creation of solid, long-term projects.
