Since I began my journey here in 2018 as a Team Assistant, I have had the opportunity to grow and take on a series of stimulating and rewarding responsibilities. As an Executive Assistant, I am involved in a wide range of activities crucial to the company's success. I handle recruitment, provide support to the team, Office Manager, and owners, manage marketing, coordinate the Team Assistants, organize events, and maintain relationships with our valuable partners. I approach every aspect of my work with passion and dedication. I am motivated by the challenge of creating a collaborative and productive work environment, as well as the satisfaction of contributing to the company's success in every way possible. My journey here from Team Assistant to Executive Assistant has been an exciting and fulfilling one. I have had the opportunity to learn and grow, tackling new challenges and gaining valuable skills along the way. I am enthusiastic about continuing to fulfill my role with dedication and passion, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of Engel & Völkers.
