My journey in the real estate world is rooted in an academic background in Urban Planning developed between the University of Genoa and the Polytechnic University of Turin, an education that provided me with both a technical and strategic understanding of territory development and real estate dynamics. My knowledge of urban planning tools, GIS, and CAD allows me today to quickly and accurately assess the feasibility of industrial areas and properties according to clients’ operational needs.

My experience in Commercial Real Estate has developed within the industrial sector, where I gained direct knowledge of the market, its dynamics, and the needs of companies.
