Simonetta Oliveri

Born in a charming town in Piedmont but with deep family roots in Sicily, I’ve always experienced a dual cultural identity that has enriched my worldview and shaped my approach to life. Drawn by the beauty of the landscapes and the warmth of the people, I took a significant step in 1986 by relocating to the wonderful city of Messina, where I earned a degree in Economics and Commerce. There, I began my career as a Sales and Marketing Manager in an IT company, also taking part in numerous international trade fairs. At the same time, I spent 13 years teaching at various professional training institutions.

Curious by nature and passionate about travel, photography, and architecture, in 2007 I decided to take a new direction in my career. I earned a diploma in Interior Design, became a licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Appraiser, and completed two Master's programs in Finance and Real Estate Development. This path has allowed me to offer private clients and developers a broad skill set essential for working in this industry with professionalism and dedication.

I’ve gained solid experience in the residential and new construction sectors, focusing on real estate development projects in both Messina and the surrounding areas, particularly along the Ionian coast and in Taormina. I’ve also participated in prestigious industry fairs in London and St. Petersburg, presenting luxury properties to an international clientele.

Today, being part of Engel & Völkers represents the natural evolution of my journey. This globally recognized brand allows me to offer top-tier services, turning every real estate transaction into a unique experience. Having the privilege to promote and enhance this beautiful region, and help clients from all over the world realize their dream of owning a home here, is without a doubt the most rewarding aspect of my work.
