Buildable land in Sestri Levante

Sestri Levante, a village rich in history and culture, a magical place with a fairytale-like nature, has always been a source of inspiration for poets and writers. Also known as "The City of the Two Seas," it is divided between the more famous Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fairy Tales. A city of art and culture, its fine sandy beaches are famous, but the beach that best captures the village's spirit is located in Riva Trigoso. Not to be forgotten is the village's role in literature: in the 19th century, Hans Christian Andersen often stayed here, loving this seaside town and its traditions, and the town has named an important literary prize for children's literature after the famous writer.
