Description

Engel & Völkers offers for sale Casa Foscola, a prestigious 17th-century papal villa, formerly the residence of Pope Leo XII and now protected by the Fine Arts. Located just 5 km from Matelica, the property requires a complete renovation, for which the ODD studio has already developed an enhancement project totaling 1365 sqm. The proposal concerns a "turnkey" project for the renovation of all the structures mentioned in the announcement. This project can be revised ad hoc based on the investor's needs and can therefore also be adjusted in terms of investment value. The estate includes the main villa (approximately 900 sqm over three levels), a 19th-century church of 125 sqm, two rural buildings, and over 33 hectares of agricultural land. Among original frescoes, 18th-century tapestries, and rooms with silk tapestries, Casa Foscola is a prestigious investment, ideal for those seeking a unique project between historical memory and architectural potential.
