The villa has two bedrooms and three bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate four people, with the possibility of providing a fifth single bed according to guests’ needs.
The outdoor areas are one of the property’s main strengths. The well-maintained, private-use garden surrounds the house and features a splendid saltwater swimming pool, perfect for relaxing during summer days.
The spacious furnished terrace allows guests to fully enjoy the outdoors and is equipped with sun loungers, a table and garden seating. The characteristic stone barbecue completes the convivial area, creating the ideal setting for al fresco lunches and dinners on pleasant Maremman evenings.
Rates and terms of stay
The minimum stay is 5 nights. Weekly rates start at €3,500, while for monthly stays the rent ranges approximately from €15,000 to €30,000, depending on the period and length of stay.
Utilities are not included and are calculated based on actual consumption: electricity €0.50/kWh and water €3.50/m³. A €300 final cleaning fee is also charged, payable locally in cash.
Check-in and welcome
Detailed arrival information, including the exact property address, key collection procedures and the contact details of the person responsible for welcoming guests, will be provided 28 days before the stay, following completion of the pre-check-in process.
To ensure the proper organisation of key handover, guests are required to contact the representative by email 7 days before arrival, especially if check-in is scheduled outside the stated hours. Arrivals outside the stated hours can be arranged by appointment only.
