We are located in the Florentine Chianti, in the area of San Casciano Val di Pesa, only a few minutes from the town centre. After a short country road immersed in olive trees, with a fantastic panorama and in good condition, we reach this splendid property with authentic charm. The house, built in the 1930s, is one of the last authentic farmhouses built in this area. On the one hand, it retains the original features of a country cottage (such as the stable with a manger and the large fireplace with a wood-burning oven), while on the other hand, it has a very rational layout, typical of the period in which it was built.
