Two double bedrooms (15.68 sqm and 12.64 sqm), both wrapped in full red pine wainscoting, feature floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, exposed beam ceilings, and private balconies. This level is served by a second bathroom with a window (7.5 sqm), ensuring total independence and privacy.
