Welcome to Zendri di Obra, at an altitude of 1,065 meters: an ancient Germanic enclave nestled between the Little Dolomites and the Pasubio massif. Here, far from the reach of mass tourism, we offer a residence that is not just a house, but a piece of millennial history.

This end-of-terrace village house, open on three sides, underwent a complete renovation finished in 2011, which included the entire structure, systems, and a brand-new roof. The interior is a celebration of larch wood—used for the stairs, doors, and floors—and red pine for the wainscoting (boiserie) and exposed beam ceilings on the upper floors.

On the ground floor, stepping across the threshold, you are welcomed by a spacious and practical entrance hall featuring tiled floors and a central mosaic rose. This level is dedicated to functionality: a large garage (18 sqm), a woodshed (10 sqm), a boiler & laundry room (9 sqm).

A magnificent staircase with larch steps, bathed in light from a proper window, leads to the upper floors. The first floor is dedicated to conviviality in the typical Alpine tradition. The kitchen (15 sqm) is warmed by a beautiful red ceramic wood stove and a traditional "fornasela" (wood-burning cookstove). In the adjacent room, the cozy lounge (12 sqm), entirely wood-cla, offers an intimate corner ideal for reading, music, study, or remote work. Both the kitchen and the lounge enjoy their own private balcony, offering picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. The living area is completed by a large bathroom with a window (7.6 sqm), where every detail, from the wooden shelves to the natural-toned finishes, has been designed to blend Alpine aesthetics with modern functionality.

The second and top floor, dedicated to the sleeping area, is a truly warm and welcoming nest. Two double bedrooms (15.68 sqm and 12.64 sqm), both wrapped in full red pine wainscoting, feature floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, exposed beam ceilings, and private balconies. This level is served by a second bathroom with a window (7.5 sqm), ensuring total independence and privacy.
