Flat in the historic centre of Dolceacqua

The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical medieval stone house, in the alley leading to the magnificent Castle of Dolceacqua, among the characteristic small artisanal stores. It can be called a "doughnut" apartment, because as you enter you have two possibilities either to the right or to the left to reach the various rooms. If we follow the right side, we immediately find a room with a ceiling vault, which can be used for different purposes, continuing along the corridor of antique brick wall, with niches, we arrive in the living area, very large, where currently owners have obtained both a bedroom corner and an elegant dining area, and on the left side, after the arch the living area that opens into the large balcony overlooking the typical medieval dwellings and where you can comfortably sunbathe, have breakfast or read, immersed in the atmosphere of other times. Continuing the interior path we find the kitchen with access to the balcony, a spacious room that can be used as a bedroom, the bathroom and you return to the entrance from which we started, as in a game. The old walls have delightful niches, well enhanced with soft lights and antique objects, vaulted ceiling and also in some places the old stones have been preserved and well highlighted. A game of elegance and harmony for an apartment in which to feel the atmosphere of medieval times, in a quiet setting, back in time, away from traffic and noise other than the pleasant chatter of tourists admiring the beauty of the place.
