CRIVELLI HOUSE

The property consists of 4 floors that develop around the internal courtyard of about 90 square meters, accessible via the entrance hall from Via Maier. The ground floor comprises a shop and vaults, as well as the main staircase leading to the upper floors, plus a secondary one. On the first and second floors, there are the 11 existing residential units of various sizes with numerous views of Via Maier, the internal courtyard, and outward towards the adjacent properties. The attic, currently unused, has heights that allow for the creation of additional residential units. The property, known as Casa Crivelli, is an ancient noble house whose original core dates back to the early decades of the 16th century, with typical features of Pergine's noble architecture: a vaulted entrance hall and main staircase, the loggia on the internal courtyard with seven stone arches and a four-light window. The central hall of this core is neoclassical in style with columns and frescoes. The south wing of the building is instead late 18th century.
