The property also boasts a magnificent vineyard of about 3 hectares, currently leased and in excellent condition in terms of maintenance and production, equipped with a pressurized irrigation system and located on convenient, mostly level, south-facing land. The vineyard was planted in 2012 with a modern high-density system and features typical local grape varieties such as Pecorino, Passerina, Sangiovese and Montepulciano.
