Solar Villa

We reach our villa in the heart of the Unesco hills. Its ochre facade echoes the warm tones of the surrounding countryside; the sloping roof, exposed beams, and wooden details give a rustic and welcoming touch, a harmony that is felt even before getting out of the car. The garden, which surrounds the property for about 3,000 square meters, welcomes us with its expanse of greenery. Our gaze falls upon the outdoor heated pool, a corner of relaxation immersed in nature, very livable, with an open and relaxing view of the hills. We cross the threshold, and the main entrance introduces us to a single, generous open-plan living area. The large windows promote a constant dialogue between the interior and the garden, creating a very pleasant sense of continuity. The open kitchen and dining area blend into a harmonious environment, enhanced by exposed wooden beams and two fireplaces that create a sense of warmth. A distinctive feature of the living area is the majolica stove, alongside a traditional fireplace. The sleeping area, also characterized by exposed beams, houses the master bedroom with its private terrace, a second double bedroom, and a large bathroom with a window, all bright and welcoming spaces. The air becomes warmer and more humid in an area designed for well-being, where we find a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a relaxation area, with the possibility of installing a hot tub. This floor is completed by a tavern with a kitchen, a billiard room, and other service areas that offer ideal spaces for hosting guests and for dedicating oneself to entertainment and relaxation.
