Between Umbria and Marche, in a private yet comfortable and elevated position, we find this delightful stone farmhouse with a dependance, surrounded by nature. To reach the property you take a paved road with tall trees and then you arrive on a cobblestone road. The farmhouse, of about 180 sqm, has been reconstructed while maintaining the area’s rural features, such as a stone facade, terracotta roof and dark wood window frames, and is spread on three floors. The interior has also preserved the simplicity and authenticity of old country homes. Passing along a garden path and entering through a French window on the ground floor, we find ourselves in the cozy living room equipped with a fan-assisted fireplace and dining table, then find the kitchen and a staircase leading to the other two floors. Going up to the first floor we find a hallway, a bathroom with a window and a large and bright bedroom, while going to the basement we find another bathroom and a multipurpose room, currently used as another bedroom, with direct access to the garden and an external patio with a brick roof. At the back of the house, with access only from the outside, there is a small shed for garden tools where the boiler is also located. On the garden we can also find a dependance, of about 60 sqm, totally independent and more secluded, which is spread across a single space with a built-in kitchen, a bathroom and an outdoor patio with a canopy, ideal for hosting friends in total freedom.
