Our visit begins as we walk up a small lane that climbs gently, immediately leaving the city’s bustle behind us. We arrive in one of the quietest and greenest areas of Guizza; the air feels lighter, almost crisp, thanks to the elevated position. We are only a few minutes from Conegliano, yet it already feels far away, immersed in the landscape that has made this area famous.

We stand before the property: a building that clearly requires a complete renovation or, more likely, demolition to unlock the full potential this place promises. We lift our gaze at once, and at that moment the view captures us completely.
