Next to the villa is a two-storey annex requiring renovation, comprising on the ground floor a 164 sq m apartment, a 30 sq m workshop, an 18 sq m storage room and a boiler room, and on the upper floor an apartment with 14 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
