Engel&Volkers is pleased to present a one-of-a-kind, high-representation apartment, custom-designed by architect Andrea Branca. In this residence, architecture goes beyond the traditional division of rooms to create a fluid relationship between light, materials, and the perception of space.

The living area unfolds as a large, scenic and articulated open space, conceived for contemporary living and sharing. The sleeping area consists of two independent and private master suites, each with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. These rooms are perfectly integrated with the living area through elegant darkened glass partitions, ensuring aesthetic and material continuity without compromising privacy.
