On the attic floor, there is the master bedroom, also frescoed, with an en suite bathroom, large walk-in closet, study/bedroom. In the basement, we find the "relax" area where nothing is missing; a large professional kitchen, cinema room, bathroom, and technical rooms. The park of approx. 8,000 square meters that surrounds this enchanting residence, also equipped with a splendid swimming pool (with counter-current swimming and cover), is a succession of magnificently kept flowers and plants that enrich the property with color and scents. The villa is completed by two annexes, the larger of which is 200 square meters, recently completely renovated and finely furnished, equipped with a large patio, divided over two levels including: the eat-in kitchen, living room, service bathroom, and technical room on the ground floor; 2 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet on the 1st floor. Location: Lesa, Piedmont

This small town is located on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore in a partially hilly position and overlooks the verdant shores of the Lake, between Arona and Stresa. Tranquility and nature are the features that distinguish the town of Lesa, situated a few kilometers from the renowned city of Arona. An important tourist center, well connected to the main highways, close to Malpensa and 60 km from Milan, Arona is located on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore. A town with a rich history, Arona was long in the hands of the wealthy and powerful Borromeo family: Saint Charles Borromeo was indeed born here, in the castle, in 1538. The town boasts many churches and squares, among which are certainly worth mentioning the church of SS. Martyrs, with its 15th-century frescoes of the Leonardesque school, and the Collegiate Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. Moving to the medieval heart of the town, we discover Piazza del Popolo, with its houses of antique flavor and the pier, on which stands a small lighthouse, a favorite spot for tourists. However, the most important and fascinating monument of Arona is undoubtedly the colossus of St. Charles Borromeo, which, with a height of about 35 meters, ranks second among the tallest statues in the world that can be visited inside, preceded only by the Statue of Liberty. Arona also offers various activities for tourists: a historic center full of shops and restaurants, a beautiful lakeside promenade for walking, and shores and small beaches to spend warm summer days.
