This lovely flat is located in a special place that lovers of Hugo Pratt's books will surely recognise, since it is part of the secret itineraries through which the protagonist takes us to discover the magic of this unique city. But even those who do not know them will not fail to fall in love with this magical Venetian corner where we find a typical Venetian courtyard with its 'vera da pozzo' at the centre, the work of the famous 'tagiapiera' (stone-cutters) of the Serenissima Republic, a covered external staircase, a walled round arch in the Venetian-Byzantine style, and a series of sub-porticos leading to the water gate overlooking the neighbouring canal. Our flat is accessed through an independent entrance on the mezzanine floor, which leads us to the kitchenette area with a mezzanine that can be used as an intimate sitting room, to the two bedrooms and to the lovely windowed bathroom. The flat was lovingly restored in 2005, finely furnished and is characterised by its magnificent exposed beams and ceilings over 4 metres high, giving it great charm.
