Then you go down, and the house changes rhythm. In the basement, you discover its most surprising side, the one dedicated to pleasure and well-being. A large tavern invites conviviality, dominated by the majolica stove, with a kitchen ready to welcome and a billiard table that promises unhurried evenings. Not far away, the SPA is a refuge: the warm water of the Jacuzzi, the steam of the sauna, the shower, the silence of the relaxation area. There is also space for movement, in a large gym, with a basketball court and fitness area, and for those who take care of the house, with a dedicated room and its own bathroom.
