Ancient stone farmhouse, completely and finely renovated, located in a beautiful area that enjoys views of vineyards and hills typical of the Tuscan territory; historically vocated to the cultivation of vines, in the production area of Chianti wine, DOCG and IGT Toscana wines and extra virgin olive oil. The property consists of the main farmhouse of about 480 square meters, and a beautiful outbuilding of about 60 square meters, plus a warehouse of 75 square meters, technical room for boilers, water treatment and storage. The farmhouse is on two levels plus an attic floor with bedroom and en suite bathroom. The vineyard is in a single body and has been entirely restructured in the years 2018 and 2022 with a modern planting with a high density of plants (5000 per hectare) and with chestnut poles at the head to give the grace of a vineyard of yesteryear.
