At this initial stage, we are accepting pre-order reservations for the purchase of the new apartments. The project is currently undergoing the authorisation process, with construction scheduled to begin in late autumn 2026 and indicative completion between late 2027 and early 2028.

THE PROJECT

The development involves demolishing the existing building and completely rebuilding it, taking advantage of the increases in volume permitted under current legislation.

The new building will feature contemporary Alpine-style architecture, perfectly integrated into Pinzolo’s mountain setting, with extensive use of wood, panoramic terraces and high-quality finishes.

The residence will be deliberately exclusive and private: only 6 three-room apartments will be built, with different floor areas and features.

Tax deductions resulting from the renovation works are also available and will be assigned to the purchaser, amounting to 36%, which may be increased to 50% in the event of purchase as a “first home”, subject to the requirements, ceilings and legislation in force at the time of purchase.

LOCATION

Prices are exclusive of VAT and already include:

private cellar, one internal covered parking space and a second outdoor parking space.

Any taverns and additional parking spaces may instead be purchased separately.

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE

Construction is expected to begin in late autumn 2026.

The fully completed apartments are expected to be delivered indicatively by late 2027 / early 2028.
