All this supports a skilful renovation done with excellent architectural taste. Here, the warm, soft colours blend very well and create a restful, welcoming atmosphere. Outside, the villa has large porches that protect the windows and create enjoyable spaces between the interiors and the surrounding garden. The property is accessed by a gate that leads through a driveway into the residential complex. The entrance on the ground floor leads into the large living room, practically a very bright open space with large windows and glass panes overlooking the garden.
