The property is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room welcomes guests with a refined fireplace and large windows that open onto the flat garden, creating a harmonious continuity between indoors and outdoors. The living area extends into a large dining area, designed for moments of conviviality and sharing, alongside a contemporary design kitchen that harmoniously dialogues with the living room, creating a welcoming and refined environment. Completing the floor is a bathroom with a generously sized bathtub and a room with direct access to the garden, perfect as a private study or multifunctional space. The master bedroom, with custom-made wooden furnishings and pointed windows that extend towards the lake, evokes the magic of a cabin of a refined boat looking towards the island of San Giulio. The second bedroom, also carefully furnished and completely custom-made, offers generous spaces and great brightness. The bathroom on the floor, with shower and skylight, completes the level with elegance and practicality. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large flat garden, perfectly maintained, with an iron porch that invites you to enjoy quiet evenings or an aperitif with a view of the lake glimpsed through the trees. Equipped with photovoltaic panels and storage batteries, the property combines architectural charm with the most modern technology, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability. An exclusive residence, ideal for those who wish to live in a secluded and refined setting, without sacrificing comfort and proximity to major services.

Location: Pella, Piedmont

Considered the most romantic in Italy, Lake Orta is a pre-alpine lake just a few kilometers from Lake Maggiore and only an hour's drive from Milan and Turin. It has long been a beloved destination for top chefs who have opened renowned restaurants here and entrepreneurs who have created resorts and accommodations of rare beauty. At its center lies the Island of San Giulio, a symbol of the area, beautiful and unique in its kind, attracting thousands of visitors every year. Among the most characteristic towns, besides Ameno and Miasino with the enchanting Villa Nigra, is undoubtedly Orta, with the Sacro Monte, the historic center rich in cobbled alleys, the central square from which boats depart for the Island of San Giulio, and the panoramic walk among the sumptuous villas. On the opposite shore, we find Pella: a delightful town also reachable via a walk starting from the Lido di Gozzano. Not far away is the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso, perched on a rocky outcrop overlooking the lake. From here, the view spans an exciting breathtaking panorama, made of slopes and green peaks reflected in the water mirror. Continuing north, you will first find Oira, certainly worth a visit, and then Omegna, one of the largest towns, where the Strona stream, curiously, flows backward. The waters of Lake Orta are clear and suitable for swimming, and many sports are practiced: from swimming to sailing, from canoeing to diving. Surrounded by green mountains, there are many trails to walk in nature, reaching the summit of Mount Mottarone, above Stresa. It is also not far from Val d'Ossola, a destination for those who love high mountain excursions both in the beautiful season and in winter.
