Scenic residence amid nature and silence

We are immersed in the nature of the Treviso Pre-Alps, surrounded by the woodland overlooking the villages of Miane and Follina. The house is located in a grassy clearing almost at the top of the peak, near a scenic trail that connects Valmareno with the Pianezze area of Valdobbiadene. Completely renovated in 2015, rebuilt from the foundations up, the home is equipped with an LPG radiator heating system and a wood-burning fireplace with heat recovery; electricity is supplied by a photovoltaic system, storage battery and generator, while a system of filtering tanks provides domestic water. All this makes it possible to have a heated environment and hot water within a few minutes, even though the property is not connected to municipal utilities. The home consists, on the ground floor, of kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace, storage room; on the first floor, of a bathroom and five beds with panoramic views.
