In the Municipality of Roccastrada, specifically near the village of Ribolla, there are approximately 29 hectares of land with vineyards, arable land, and a small olive grove. The 13 hectares of vineyards, located in the DOC area, represent the most important part of the company; the lands are situated in a territory highly suited for viticulture: at the foot of the Colline Metallifere, between Massa Marittima and Ribolla, not far from the sea. The base that composes the company's vineyards is rich and varied and includes various types of grape varieties: Alicante, Cabernet S., Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Malvasia di candia, Malvasia, Merlot, Moscato bianco, Trebbiano Toscano, Viogner. The Ribolla area is known for its unique territory, which gives the wines an unmistakable flavor and aroma; it is the area of the ancient Etruscan people where wine was already cultivated back then. The approximately 15 hectares of arable land extend on gentle hills with medium-textured soil tending towards clay. They can be cultivated with cereals, forage, and legumes. The property is completed by a small plot of Olive grove of about 0.5 hectares with Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Correggiolo varieties and a basin for collecting water useful for irrigation. For those who want to complete the productive investment, there is the possibility of purchasing buildings that require significant renovation works for a total of approximately 1100 square meters.
