On the hills of Pettenasco, in the quiet and picturesque hamlet of Pratolungo, we offer for sale a unique property consisting of two rustic cottages in need of renovation, immersed in a beautiful natural setting. The dominant position and the southern orientation provide an open view of the surrounding mountains and the lush vegetation, offering an atmosphere of peace and relaxation.
The property extends over a large plot of approximately 5,000 square metres, which surrounds the two buildings, guaranteeing privacy and outdoor spaces that can be used for a variety of purposes. The first rustico, currently measuring 91 square metres, provides a solid base for a spacious main residence. The second, measuring 48 square metres, lends itself perfectly to being converted into an annexe, an accessory building or a second independent living unit. Both buildings offer great scope for customisation for those who wish to create a tailor-made project.
The location and conformation of the property make it extremely versatile. It is ideal for those who dream of a residence surrounded by nature, but is equally suitable for those who wish to make an investment. With the right interventions, the two cottages can become attractive tourist facilities, perfect for the short-term rental market, which is increasingly in demand in this area full of attractions. The surrounding land also offers the opportunity to create green spaces, such as a garden, a relaxation area, or even a small swimming pool, further increasing the appeal of the property.
