Villa degli Ulivi, in Santa Tecla, overlooks the hills of the Picentini mountains and the gulf of Salerno, surrounded by olive groves and a large garden. It has an independent access with automatic gate, enjoys excellent brightness, fine furnishings, large spaces and absolute privacy. Divided on 4 levels, it has on the ground floor a cellar and garage with direct access to the residence, a large open space with kitchen and living room with fireplace. Thanks to the two windows overlooking the garden, the room is spacious and very bright. From the entrance you go up to the first floor where you are greeted by a double living room with fireplace and predisposition for attack of a minibar, with access to the terrace with panoramic views; we also find a comfortable study, bedroom for guests and bathroom. This floor has a second access served by an external staircase that crosses a roof garden. Upstairs, the sleeping area, houses 4 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. All rooms have access to the balcony with panoramic views.
