‘Terra’ is a beautiful Aeolian house, spread over two levels and featuring panoramic terraces that look out over the sea off Lipari. The property forms part of an exclusive residential complex comprising four independent homes, nestled on a lava cliff overlooking the sea and the islands of Panarea and Stromboli. Access to the property is from the upper level, via the narrow pedestrian path leading to the renowned Spiagge Bianche, Lipari’s most exclusive area, just a short walk from the pumice quarries. The upper floor is reserved for the sleeping area, where spacious, light-filled bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms open out onto the beautiful covered terrace. The lower floor houses the living areas: the fully equipped kitchen and the living room open onto the large Aeolian-style sun terrace, the edge of which seems to brush against the Mediterranean.
