House on the Amalfi coast overlooking the sea

Perfect for enjoying enchanting views The house is on 2 levels and all the rooms overlook the sea. On the entrance floor there is a large pergola for pleasant breakfasts or lunches in the shade and a furnished portico from which there is access to the kitchen-dining room and living room with bathroom and laundry room. On the lower floor, the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom with shower and a communal living area. The property has about 1,500 square metres of garden with citrus trees, old roses and various plants spread over three terraces overlooking Amalfi. On the last terrace there is a 6x4 swimming pool with a depth of 85 cm. The sea can be reached in 10-15 minutes with a walk along a path immersed in the Mediterranean maquis that leads to a platform from which one can dive to reach the beach of the bay. A parking space is available on the coastal road. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The location allows easy access to the main resorts of the Amalfi Coast, such as Amalfi, Positano and Ravello.
