New building project

The municipality of Valdaora, with its 2,500 inhabitants, lies directly at the foot of the Plan de Corones, the largest ski area in the region, and borders the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park, which is the starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours. The center of the village is equipped with various shops, bars, pharmacies and all other important facilities. The municipality is directly connected to the railway network and the numerous cycle paths, which guarantees ideal accessibility and flexibility. The village also has a lot to offer in winter; in the immediate vicinity is the Plan de Corones, which is a real paradise for skiers and snowboarders with around 130 kilometers of slopes. There are also many opportunities for cross-country skiers in the surrounding area. Those who love peace and quiet can enjoy extensive winter hikes to the surrounding alpine huts in this area. The small town of Brunico, the cultural, historical and economic center of the Val Pusteria, is only around 10 kilometers away and can be reached within a short time.
