
Whistleblowing
Reports pursuant to Legislative Decree of 10 March 2023, No. 24, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national legislation, may be submitted through the platform accessible at the following link:

EV MMC Italia S.r.l., in compliance with the aforementioned legal provisions, provides the possibility to report, including anonymously, through an online platform (whistleblowing reporting channel), unlawful acts and/or violations related to the workplace or breaches of national and EU regulations. The aim is to prevent the emergence of any form of illegality or unethical behavior.
The EV MMC Italia S.r.l. whistleblowing reporting channel offers adequate guarantees of independence, professionalism, confidentiality, data protection, and secrecy through the submission of reports via the EQS platform.
Alternatively, a report may also be made by requesting a direct meeting with the person responsible for handling reports. The request must be submitted through the whistleblowing channel.
All received reports will be handled in full compliance with whistleblowing regulations (Legislative Decree No. 24/2023) and personal data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003). We invite you to review the whistleblowing procedure and the privacy notice.
