The PAC

THE PAC Residencies introduces a new standard of contemporary island living in the heart of Pointe aux Canonniers, one of the most prestigious residential neighbourhoods in northern Mauritius.

Comprising just 47 exclusive residences — including 42 apartments and 5 exceptional penthouses — the development has been thoughtfully designed to combine timeless architecture, generous living spaces and refined comfort within an intimate residential setting.

Inspired by modern tropical design, every residence has been carefully planned to maximise natural light, seamless indoor-outdoor living and a sense of effortless elegance. Spacious terraces, premium finishes and sophisticated architecture create homes that are equally suited as permanent residences, luxurious holiday homes or long-term investments.

Residents will enjoy an exceptional collection of resort-style amenities, including a heated swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness centre, a wellness area with sauna and hammam, beautifully landscaped gardens, underground parking, elevators and 24-hour security. Every element has been designed to offer the comfort, privacy and tranquillity of a boutique resort while enjoying the convenience of everyday living.

Developed under the Property Development Scheme (PDS), THE PAC Residencies is available to both Mauritian and international buyers. Eligible foreign purchasers may also qualify to apply for Mauritian residency upon acquisition, subject to the applicable regulations.
