Upon entering the property you’ll notice arched ceilings and detailed stonework typical in historic properties in San Miguel. A few steps down you’ll enter the house and discover all the living areas and bedrooms are on a single level. Two guest suites are just a few steps above the pool. There are three master bedrooms all poolside with ensuite baths. Each has air conditioning, fine linens, and large closets. In addition to a mini-split for AC and heat each bedroom has a remote-controlled fireplace. The chef’s kitchen with an adjacent breakfast nook leads to a large and comfortable dining and living room. From there you’ll notice a large outdoor sala with a bar, seating, and dining area. The outdoor sala has a large flat-screen TV. There is also another flat-screen TV in a cozy den off the living room. The spacious garden has both a coy pond and a solar-heated swimming pool. The pool is always at a comfortable temperature but can be heated for a small additional fee. The owner has just installed a new roof terrace complete with a mini bar, comfortable seating, and amazing views of San Miguel. Highlights: Filtered water throughout, cable and Apple TV, high-speed internet, full-time cook, maid, and gardener. Tips: Between $ 60 & $75 per room per week paid directly to staff from guests. No Children younger than 12. Events allowed up to 12 guests and staff to assist. *The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time. Rental Rates: Week: $5,679 / $6,815 for Holiday / Winter.
