Plot intended for the construction of a single-family house, in an excellent location, a unique and differentiated urbanization in the city of Braga. According to the guidelines of the subdivision permit, the construction of single-family houses with 1, 2 or 3 floors is possible; depending on the plot. The subdivision permit already provides for the possibility of building a swimming pool, and there is a portfolio of architectural projects that can be used according to rules upon consultation (architectural firms that participated in the competition: Joana Machado: Braga Macedo Arquitetos, Lda.; Carvalho Araújo; ALC Arquitetos; Fernando Jorge Arquiteto; Big; Happycity; Maria Oliveira; Studio Deusdara; Arquisquare/Vintage Panóplia; João Braga Macedo: Braga Macedo Arquitetos, Lda.). The project is optional and is not included in the price of the plot. On this plot, with an area of 1,150m2, you can build a house with a maximum total area of 480m2 and the possibility of building a swimming pool with a maximum area of 35m2.
