The Process Step 1: An investment teaser with summary information is presented on one or two slides of a potential sales process, without mentioning the owner in order to keep the identity private, to the investor personally and only after he has confirmed his interest in analyzing the project. This information is sent only to potential investor clients, which companies exist, are credible and without intermediaries in the middle. Step 2: We collect all the information about a business or project that a serious buyer would like to have access to, prepare it and present it in a report to the investor so that he can analyze the details more thoroughly and with the available data. If required by the seller, we may require them to sign a confidentiality agreement before disclosing more sensitive information.
