Ferreira de Castro Flats

Ferreira de Castro Flats is a residential building with a distinctly contemporary style, opposite Bonfim church in Porto. Bonfim is Porto's trendy neighborhood, surrounding Baixa: a residential area of excellence undergoing profound transformation with local shops and restaurants, highly sought after by young people and foreigners due to its location, transport network and the artistic influence of the School of Fine Arts and the Soares dos Reis School. The project, designed by architect Adriana Floret, includes 38 apartments (T0, T1, T2 and T3) spread over 6 floors. The apartments, with large balconies, combine design, comfort and functionality and are aimed at a public that prefers to live in the surroundings of downtown Porto. The building has parking spaces and storage rooms in two basements.
