L'AND Vineyards is an exclusive retreat of 37 luxury suites and villas (2 to 4 bedrooms) that combine modern architecture with nature, offering an atmosphere of discreet luxury, natural beauty and tranquillity. Located in the heart of the Alentejo, in a gentle south-facing valley overlooking the horizon and the medieval castle of Montemor, the resort offers a unique landscape of vineyards, oaks and olive groves. The villas range from 3 to 6 bedrooms, from 174 m2 to 325 m2 and are sold in plan form, allowing owners to personalize their homes and build their ideal home. They are located on large plots (between 2050 and 8000 m2) with private vineyards (optional), outdoor living space, orchard and garden. All the units have a private pool and outdoor space and unique views of the vineyard and all the surrounding scenery. The interior decoration includes pieces made by Alentejo craftsmen. The Villas are based on a contemporary reinterpretation of Mediterranean patio houses, so as to allow a connection between the interior and exterior.
