Since the beginning of 2024, I have been part of Engel & Völkers Comporta, where I started my journey as a real estate consultant, driven by professional development, constant challenges, and interaction with people. Over the past two years, I have gained solid experience in consultancy, standing out for my attention to detail, organization, and commitment to excellence.

Since November 2025, I have taken on the role of Process Manager, focusing on team support and development. In this position, I am responsible for managing and optimizing internal and business processes, structuring and monitoring the individual training of each team member, as well as the company's certification processes. My goal is to create clear and efficient methodologies that promote the sustainable growth of the team and the continuous improvement of the organization.

I value resilience, empathy, and teamwork, principles I consider essential for collective success. I believe in the potential of the real estate market in the Comporta region, which combines the tranquility of Alentejo with the beauty of the coast and proximity to Lisbon, making it an excellent destination for those seeking quality of life.
